The staff here are very accommodating and friendly, the rooms are spacious and nicely arranged with soundproof windows, and there are great views of downtown; everything is well-maintained, and there's free Wi-Fi.

The lift

The attitude of front desk is not good. The air condition is defect, when I came back the room in the night. I asked them to change the room, because I have to leave the hotel early due to the early flight. The guy on front dest just told me that the hotel is full booked. They tried to repair the air condition in my room. So I waited more than 1 hour (that's 11:00PM). Than they told " We give you another room...."

They serve well-priced and large breakfasts with options like egg chef, waffles, and fresh-made eggs. The hotel has a very central location and is near a bus stop. There is a good restaurant within a moderate distance from the hotel.

Adhara Express in Cancun is a well-run and excellent value place to stay. The building and rooms have a very good modern decoration.- The hotel provides very good services and has strong Wi-Fi.
